William Boyd, CBE (born March 7, 1952 in Accra, Ghana) is a contemporary English/Scottish novelist and film writer.
Biography
Of Scottish descent, Boyd spent his early life within Ghana. He was educated at Gordonstoun school, and Glasgow University in Scotland, and thence Jesus College, Oxford
His number 1 novel, A Good Man in Africa (1981), was published while he was the lecturer within English at St Hilda's College, Oxford.
He was awarded the CBE around 2005. He presently sleep in London.
Work

As the film writer Boyd has written a total of feature & television productions. A feature include: Stars and Bars (1988), adapted from his have novel; Mister Johnson (1990); A Good Man in Africa (1994), also adapted from either his have novel; Scoop (1987), adapted from either a Evelyn Waugh novel, and The Trench (1999) which he also directed. He was one of the total of writers world health organizatiin worked on Chaplin (1992). His television screenwriting credits include: Armadillo (2001), adapted from his have novel & Good and Bad at Games (1983).
Around 1998 Boyd produced Nat Tate: American Creative person, 1928-1960 which presents a paintings & tragical life history of the Future York depending 1950's creative person, Nat Tate, world health organization actually never existed & was, along by having his paintings, the creation of Boyd's.
